·         Must have previous teaching experience in private or public school system

·         Required classroom management skills

·         Have patience and work well with children

·         Engage students in learning

·         Develops lesson plans and instructional materials

·         Solve problems that may arise

·         College Junior and over (in Sep. 2018)

The summer academy session is from June 4th, 2018 to July 6th, 2018.

The details are as follows:

Dates: June 4th - July 6th (** Break for the 4th of July week)
Work hours:  Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m.  – 3:30 p.m. 
Grade Level: 3yr - 10th Grade

 

Wage Policy

 

With license and main teacher in school	$600 / Week	$20 / Hour
With license but no experience	$500 / Week	$16.50 / Hour
Without license	$400 / Week	$13.50 / Hour

 

 

The above weekly wage schedule is for attending the full 5-day week without absences. Any partial day or full day absences will result in deductions from the weekly wage commensurate to the amount of time missed.

 

No federal, state, or any other forms of taxes shall be deducted.                                                                        It is the responsibility of the teacher to file this wage in his/her income tax.

 

Prospective assistant teachers...

 

·         Must have a high school diploma or currently be attending college

·         Are caring, compassionate, and love what they do!

·         Help to maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

·         Able to attend staff training and meetings

·         Able to lead specials & Q.T.

·         Cooperate with other staff and classroom groups to maintain the smooth functioning of the curriculum and to remain on schedule.

·         Perform the functions of this position with a strong understanding of duties and responsibilities.

·         Eat with and assist children in development of social and self-help skills.

·         High School Senior and over (in Sep.2018)

T.A (Sr. in High School on  Sep. 2018)	$200 / Week	$7 / Hour
T.A (Over College on Sep.2018)	$250 / Week	$8 / Hour

 

 

The above weekly wage schedule is for attending the full 5-day week(excluding July 4^th) without absences. Any partial day or full day absences will result in deductions from the weekly wage commensurate to the amount of time missed.
